Executive Chef Kenneth Suggs is a graduate from Baltimore International College. He has over 25 years of culinary experience. Not only is he is a culinary artist whom is very passionate about his gift; he is also a world renowned author. His book "PotLuck Rules" is a great addition to any library. His specialties include fruit and vegetable carving, carved melons, cake decorating, ice sculptures, event management, banquet management, food service consulting and teaching.
CEO & Executive Chef Nicole Monroe has over 15 years of culinary experience. She holds an advanced degree in counseling psychology, and undergraduate degrees in psychology and culinary arts. Chef Nicole has fused her love of cooking and baking with her gift of counseling. She is the driving force behind our operation creating our Kiddie Culinary Institute which offers culinary classes for kids and teens. Our kiddie classes focus on self esteem building, positive self image, socialization skills, and motor development, etc. Chef Nicole’s specialties include fruit and vegetable carving, baking and pastry, counseling, customized cookies and treats, and teaching.
